- How do I pay
Via the website upon ordering, we accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay
- How much is delivery?
All deliveries within England, Wales & Scotland excluding Highlands and Islands is Free.
- Do you do delivery?
No all orders are posted out via EVRI
- Do you offer refunds or return?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, should your box arrive damaged or defective we will send you a new one at the earliest opportunity.
We would request photos of the damaged items.
- Can we include a gift note as a gift?
Yes we can pop a gift note in at no extra cost, just pop a comment in the comment box.
- When will my cakes be delivered?
Once your cakes are dispatched it should be delivered with in two days, however once the courier has collected, it is in their hands
- How long do the cakes last for?
Cakes last for up to 7 days, best kept in the fridge, especially in summer months.
- Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately, we do not cater for allergies.
- What allergens are in the cakes.
All our cakes and brownies contain, gluten, milk, egg, soya and nuts. Please check each box for induvial dietary requirements.
- Can I order one box or flavour.
Unfortunately not, all our boxes are mixed flavours of the month.
- When are the cake’s dispatched.
Cherrylicious cake boxes are dispatched every Tuesday.
- What is the last date I can order my Cherrylicious cake
Monday 12:00pm is the latest you can order your cakes.
- How are the cakes packages.
Cakes are packed individually to ensure freshness.
